The Observant Life

This series of facilitated discussions led by Rabbi Lavinsky and Janette Silverman from 6:30-7:45 p.m., guides participants through the Conservative movement’s new book. The
Rabbinical Assembly presents multiple authors looking through one lens – contemporary
Conservative Judaism. From synagogue life to civic morality, from same-sex relationships and
intermarriage to caring for the environment, The Observant Life explains what it means to live an honest, moral and purposeful Jewish life. No fee to participate, but please purchase your book ($25) ahead of time. Books are still available - see Renee or Korina in the office.
