High Holy Day Appeal 5785

Dear Friends,
At Beth El Congregation, we are eagerly preparing for our High Holy Days and the arrival of 5785. Rabbi Stein Kokin and our High Holiday Hazzan, Nissim Nati, will be enhancing our worship by engaging us in prayer, leading us in spiritual melodies, and bringing us together.
This year, our focus is not only on our spiritual renewal but on the physical renewal and renovation of our sacred home, Beth El. We take much pride in being one of the original synagogues in Phoenix. Multiple generations of people from near and far think of us as home. This year, we are embarking on several necessary projects to preserve and enhance this physical home. Already this summer, we have started the upgrade of our streaming technology and sound systems, painted the preschool, opened a second infant room, installed new carpet in the social hall, installed new phone systems, and made crucial repairs to our roof and kitchens. Progress has been made, but more needs to happen!
As we approach the renewal and forgiveness of the Days of Awe, I ask you to please contribute to our annual High Holiday Appeal. Your contribution will help us sustain and grow as a family, continue to build deep personal connections, and ensure that Beth El is a center for Jewish learning, prayer, and service. I thank you in advance for supporting our future. Because of your generosity, together we will continue to grow, thrive, and shine as a strong Jewish community in Phoenix.
I wish you a healthy and sweet New Year. L’shanah Tovah Tikatevu V’teichateimu!
Audrey Wolff, President
