Welcome to Beth El Congregation

Judaism Rooted in the Desert

Beth El Congregation is an egalitarian congregation affiliated with The United Synagogue for Conservative Judaism, dedicated to cultivating, nurturing, enhancing, and passing on Judaism and Jewish living in harmony with the ideals of the Conservative Movement.

Our congregation seeks to encourage and stimulate every member to achieve higher levels of Jewish learning, to enhance ethical behavior and ritual observance, and to transmit these values to the next generation.

Within a supportive community, we strive to foster meaningful worship experience and a sense of being connected to God.

Our synagogue provides a welcoming environment, a sense of belonging, and spiritual enrichment for both daily living and times of transition. We are committed to life-long learning, to the understanding, appreciation and performance of mitzvot, and to support for the local Jewish community, the State of Israel and Jews around the world.

Through religious practice, education and G’milut Hasadim, we endeavor to meet the ever-changing needs and responsibilities of our diverse community of Jews.
