Beth El congregation has a long and vibrant history as an affiliated sisterhood of Women’s League for Conservative Judaism since 1948. Over the last 80 years BEWL has donated consistently to the Torah Fund campaign of Women’s League. The campaign supports the education of our future rabbis, cantors, educators and leaders at the conservative seminaries throughout the world. To date, have raised more than $110 million.
This year, BEWL is running behind in our donations to Torah Fund. We are asking you to dig a little deeper and help us achieve our goal. If you have already donated, please consider donating an additional $18, $36 or $54. If you have not donated yet this year, we ask that you do that at this time.
The Jewish world is in turmoil right now. With the rise of antisemitism, the only way we can support our movement and perpetuate Judaism the way we know it, is to donate to our future of Judaism through the Torah Fund. Please consider a donation to Torah Fund now.
